There are appliances for sale in our condominium today. Why? It is because the owner of the condo unit wherein I am currently renting (sharing basis) is a real estate broker here in our building. You know many Koreans and some rich Filipinos who are moving out from other units in our building sometimes didn’t want to bring with them their used appliances anymore. It is usually the case for Koreans, Germans, and Australians who will be returning back to their home country. They often gave to us their furniture, appliances, and magazines therefore we always have an excess appliances or whatever stuff in our condo unit.

Currently we do have a washing machine, fax machine, aircon, tv, and hot and cold water dispenser. We are still thinking if what to do with these appliances. It’s either the real estate broker, who is the owner of our condo unit, will wait for another condo tenant who will be willing to purchase all of these appliances for a bargain or the real estate broker will going to give these excess appliances to his relatives as Christmas gift.

Another option is for me to sell these appliances for a very low price here in my blog!? Of course he or she needs to purchase all of these appliances for only one transaction. I don’t know yet if how much I should price for all of these. It could be P9,400 or P6,500?? Just give me / give us your price then we will decide later. Anyway, if by next year we will continuously have many excess appliances here in our condo like what happened in the previous months, I will consider selling appliances online by creating a website and use a shopping cart software to allow my soon to be clients transact via credit card or paypal.
