I love fruit salad since when I was a kid and I am very happy when I recently discovered that it is so easy to prepare. For guys who only love to eat but not to cook, check this very simple step in making a healthy fruit salad. The ingredients that you need based on my vegetarian cookbook are the following:
1 piece medium-size banana, crosswise
1 piece medium-size apple, diced
1 cup fruit cocktail
½ cup cream
All you need to do is mixed all the ingredients and chill before serving. It is good for 6 to 8 persons. ½ cup per servings only.
